How long does the battery last?
It charges in about an hour: plug the end of the strap straight into any USB port or USB plug. The supplier rates it at up to 50 days on standby. With an alarm every morning you'll get less than that.
Do I need an app?
No. You set the time and your alarm on the band itself.
