Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Cost
Tracked UK delivery is free on every order.
How long it takes
Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days. Orders placed before 2pm (UK time) on a working day count from that day; later orders count from the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. The product page shows an estimated delivery date for your order.
Tracking
We email you a tracking link when your order is on its way.
Delays and lost parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days, email us at theteam@sottaband.com with your order number. We'll trace it and, if it's lost, send a replacement or refund you.
Your address
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as you can and we'll try to correct it before dispatch.
