Who we are
This website sells the Sotto silent wrist alarm. It is run by Sotta Band, 73A Harrow Road, Harrow HA1 1RF, United Kingdom. Email: theteam@sottaband.com. The store is hosted on Shopify.
Your order
When you place an order we send an email confirming we've received it. Our contract with you starts when we email to say your order has been dispatched. If we can't accept your order, for example because of a stock or pricing error, we'll tell you and you won't be charged.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and are the total you pay for the product. Tracked UK delivery is free. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure checkout. Bundle savings (Pair and Household) apply automatically in the basket. The WELCOME5 code gives £5 off a first order, can be used once per customer and works with bundle savings. Other codes can't be combined unless we say so.
The product
Sotto is a vibrating wrist alarm. It is not a medical device. People sleep differently, so we can't promise it wakes everyone, which is why every band comes with a 100-night wake-up guarantee. For anything where waking up on time is critical, please keep a backup alarm until you're confident Sotto works for you.
Some product images are illustrations, and colours can look slightly different on different screens.
Returns, refunds and warranty
Our refund policy explains the 100-night wake-up guarantee, your 14-day right to cancel and the 2-year warranty. These are in addition to your legal rights.
Delivery
Our shipping policy explains delivery times and what to do if a parcel is late. The band is your responsibility once it's delivered.
Our responsibility to you
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We don't exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Your information
We use your personal information as described in our privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown when you placed it.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
